At All Axcess Limited, the use of scissor lifts can be within both the Industrial market place or as a bespoke solution within the conventional disabled access (DDA) market. With lifts available in both single scissor and multi scissor lift table configurations, All Axcess are able to provide the load capacity, lifting height and platform size to suit your specific application. Loads from just a nominal DDA capacity of 400kg, up to industrial models of upto 3000kg can be safely lifted to heights of up to 6000mm.
Our scissor lifts can incorporate a conventional pit or be floor mounted and be sited either indoors or outdoors. Whether your requirement is within the bespoke disabled access (DDA) market or industrial market, such as, in a warehouse, loading bay, production line or packing area – we at All Axcess Limited, can provide a suitable scissor lift solution, with our most popular standard industrial models available for ex stock delivery.
Conventional safety bars are incorporated on all lifts and protect against any trapping hazards when the lift is being lowered. This is facilitated by the aluminum perimeter bars located all around the platform with safety switches activated beneath the platform in order to prevent accidental activation and or damage during normal use. Once activated the lift MUST be raised and cleared of any obstruction before it again becomes operational and can be lowered.
For additional safety during essential pre planned maintenance, both mechanical scissor locks and rupture valves are fitted as standard, so even with the hydraulic system disconnected these mechanical scissor locks are capable of supporting the total weight of the scissor and platform as well as the lift’s maximum rated load.
The industrial control buttons can be either hand held or wall mounted and are ergonomically-designed shock resistant and use remote control technology to minimize wiring. Traditionally the lift is supplied with a simple three button up/down constant pressure release, and mushroom type emergency stop button. In contrast the DDA buttons are specifically designed to suit the current regulations, with contrasting colours, etc.
All products are fully CE marked and comply with and exceed the requirements of EN1570/1999 (Superseding BS5323)
All lifts require a separate power pack, which is 3 phase as standard, but can be 240v single phase for the smaller industrial lifts and DDA solutions should this be required. All mains electrical wiring is incorporated within the power pack only, which also includes automatic overload protection, with any control wiring, external of the power pack limited to 24vdc. Also included in the power pack are pressure relief valves, oil level indication and fully adjustable lowering speed control.
