However in this particular case that extra mileage added up to a 250 mile round trip.
A recent project for prestigious client required a viewing of our unique Hiro 160 curved stair lift for which the clients were offered, tickets to see the unit at the Interbuild Exhibition in Birmingham.
Due to time constraints and the amount of people required to rubber stamp the project the trip proved unviable, so with the client now setting the challenge and All Axcess being never one to compromise on our excellent customer service, we needed to do something drastic.
With our never defeated attitude to the forefront and with us always looking for solutions by thinking outside the box we devised the scheme of “We will bring it to you “
So during the building of the exhibition stand we “borrowed” the Hiro 160 Exhibit, loaded it into the back of the van and headed for London.
With the clients primed and timeframes confirmed we had a very successful meeting and a unique “out of the back of the van demo”.
This then secured for us what will be the first of many similar orders from this very satisfied prestigious client.
The morale of the story is
