With our comprehensive product range of specialist domestic solutions, we are able to meet most budgets and more importantly generally have a product that can be installed in to most traditional existing homes and easily incorporated into a new build at initial design stages.

We believe the Domestic Lift market to be a significant growth market in the coming years and this type of lift will become common place in most medium to large multi leveled homes. Currently we have an active participation in this market mainly in the Central London area but have noticed activity levels growing in the Home Counties and progressively on a National basis and have subsequently further enhanced our product range to suit the most interesting of markets.

Specifically we have selected the Infinity II hydraulic home lift which is available in various levels of cabin finish and options to suit most traditional homes. The lift has a separate single phase compact hydraulic power pack which can be located remotely from the lift. The lift has an inner panel fold gate which can be automated for cabin safety and one touch collective call control. The infinity II travels at a speed of 1.8 m/s and is ideal for housing in a conventional masonry shaft and can be fitted with solid wood domestic swing doors secured by an electro magnetic interlock for safety. In addition a minimal pit of 204mm and a headroom requirement of just 2300mm making integration into the average home very easily achieved.

For the more generous budget we have the state of the art Hiro 620 Prestige a conventional passenger lift which has been specifically been designed to meet the safety requirements of the harmonised European Standard EN81-1. This lift can be housed in a conventional brick or concrete shaft or in its own aluminum glass structure which, in certain scenarios, can be fully installed by crane, significantly reducing the installation time required on site. Custom cabin and door options are available to your specification as we have the flexibility to meet your exacting standards. The Hiro 620 Prestige utilises the patented Hiro Lift counterweight drive system significantly reducing the requirement for additional space outside the lift shaft or on the cabin roof as is a requirement of most conventional lifts of this type. A significant advantage of the Hiro Lift 620 Prestige is that the lift has a minimal pit depth 250mm and a headroom requirement of 2500mm enabling the lift to be blended seamlessly in to most conventional existing homes. The Hiro Lift 620 Prestige also has traditional telescopic sliding landing and cabin doors significantly reducing the need for additional space.

The Hiro Lift 620 Domestic Lift is the chosen product of German house builder Huff Haus as featured on the television program Grand Designs and has been installed in several developments, both in mainland Europe and here in the UK and is now becoming a standard option when designing a Huff Haus.
