The Hiro 500, 600 & 700 series passenger lifts have been designed to meet the exacting requirements of to days and yesterday’s multi layered building designs where utilisation of space and efficiency are of paramount importance. We have a range of standard products suited for 300 -1000kg capacities and speeds of 0,63 – 1,5 m/s. Gone is the need for a motor room excessive equipment mounted on the cabin roof or Hydraulic rams and the in-efficiencies and environmental issues associated with this type of power.

At Hiro decided that we would use the normal ballast of the counter weight and create a unique and fully patented drive system housed within this essential piece of equipment. This unique arrangement which utilises synchronous inverter frequency control of its Dc drive developing an effortless acceleration and smooth slow down into floor of the cabin resulting in excellent travelling characteristics.

As a direct result of this unique drive is that we only require minimal electro-mechanical equipment placed on the cabin roof. For example the Hiro 600 series Prestige range to only require a total space of 2500mm from the upper landing floor level and a minimal pit requirement of 300mm whilst employing state of the art technology to maintain safety and also meet the requirements of EN81-1.

Also with its range of small cabin and shaft configurations the versatile 600 series passenger lift is ideally suited to historic listed building adaptations or the luxury home where it is not physically possible to install a conventional lift.

For the more conventional application we have the 700 series with it centrally guided cabin larger cabin sizes and faster speeds makes it a must for the modern building.

Our range of elevators can be installed in either traditional brick or concrete shafts alternatively we can house the lift in a our custom range of stylish scenic aluminium glass structures which can be produced in 13 meter sections and delivered to site and then craned into location substantially reducing the installation time. Typically a three stop lift with a total travel of less than 13 meters can be fully installed in 2 – 3 days.

Service and maintenance requirements are minimal with our covercare range service programs we are sure to have a package to suit your requirements. Our engineers are factory trained in Germany by Hiro being able to deal with every eventuality carrying a full and comprehensive range of genuine spare parts at all times. The 500, 600 & 700 series lifts are all controlled by our new S3 microprocessor controller normally housed within our lifts own structure making no additional plant rooms or extra space necessary. The state of art S3 has full condition monitoring and diagnostics menu based enabling the lift to be monitored remotely by our engineers.
